    In the U.S. or Puerto Rico --
       Non-religious (secular)
            Public concert or festival
            Private party for individual, company, professional group or trade show
       Religious (Gospel, Christian, Jewish, etc.)
            Public concert or festival
                 Public events: budgets of $25k or more
                 Public events (religious only): budgets of $15k to $24k
            Private party for individual, company, professional group or trade show

   In Canada or Mexico (also Jamaica, Bermuda, Bahamas) --
       Public concert or festival
       Private party for individual, company, professional group or trade show

   Outside of North America --
       Public concert or festival
       Private party for individual, company, professional group or trade show
