This page is ONLY for buyers who have bigger budgets to pay for big-name
entertainment for a PRIVATE, special event party for a young person.
Do NOT use this information to inquire
about private parties for adults. For adults,
Do NOT use this for PUBLIC concert requests, even if the attendees are
expected to be young adults.
The following information is only for special PRIVATE parties for youths
(typically, ages 1 through 21).
For example, the special party could be one of the following (or
similar) --
Sweet 16 party
Sweet 18 party
Bar Mitzvah
Bat Mitzvah
Graduation party (when the guest-of-honor is preferably age 30 or
under)
Special birthday or occasion (when the guest-of-honor is
preferably age 21 or under)
Again, it could be a special, PRIVATE party for a young person
celebrating any event.

If you are seeking big-name entertainment for a private party for a
young person, we must assume you are in one of these categories:
1. You are the "BUYER/PARENT". You are the Mom,
Dad, grand-parent, aunt, uncle, big brother or other adult who will be paying for the artist's services.
You are wanting to know which artists are available, what the costs will be, and
how to go about securing the artist for the party. You are the talent buyer.
2. You are the "GUEST OF HONOR". You are
the girl or boy whose party is being planned and you have a significant
role in the decision making. For instance, you have been authorized by your
"PARENT/BUYER" to select the entertainment for your party. (Authorization by
the "PARENT/BUYER" is required.)
3. You are an "ADVISOR". You are an
adult friend or employee of the BUYER, or you are an event
planner, production company or booking agent who has been hired to find the
right talent for the party - or, you are an American Express Concierge, who is gathering booking information for the "BUYER."
In all of the above situations, the following
stipulations apply --
A. The event must take place in the United States.
B. A valid e-mail address for you (that you check regularly) is
required.
C. A valid daytime telephone number for you is
required. Any
contact telephone number that you provide must be one that is answered by you
and not simply answered by a recording device. We are required to call you to verify
that your inquiry is authentic, to verify that you are serious, and to verify that you can be reached by telephone during the day.
D. Your talent-fee budget must be $50,000 or more. This means you,
or the "BUYER," must have the ability to pay (if necessary) $50,000 or more for the
artist that is wanted and you have a separate budget
to cover costs, such as travel, lodging, sound/lighting/staging requirements,
etc.
Note that total costs (talent fee plus expenses) for
hiring a $50,000 artist might be as much as $65,000 to $100,000 or more,
depending on the artist. Also, note that some super-star artists earn $1,000,000 or more for a
single performance.
If your talent-fee budget is more than $250,000, you
deserve V.I.P. status. Mark the
"V.I.P." option on the following information-request form.
If your budget to pay the talent fee is less than $50,000,
please use our standard selection process by
clicking
HERE.
(Also, use the standard selection if your TOTAL budget maximum is $50,000 or
less.)
Read all of the below options.
Then, click on the link that best describes your
role at this
time.
BUYER/PARENT:
You are the adult who is part of the decision
making process, you are likely to be the one paying for the artist and you are likely to be the one signing the contract when
hiring talent. You know that your talent fee budget is $50,000 or more, plus
expenses. The BUYER is typically a PARENT.
|
 |
GUEST OF HONOR:
You are the girl or boy whose party is
being planned and you have been authorized by the PARENT/BUYER to have a significant role in the selection of
entertainment. If you have not been authorized, please do so before
proceeding.
You must
know that the talent-fee budget is $50,000 or more. If the BUYER has not
given you a budget of $50,000 or more, do NOT continue. If you are not
certain the budget exceeds this minimum,
please check with the BUYER before proceeding. Again, do not
proceed unless the BUYER has approved this.

 |
ADVISOR:
You are an event planner, production company or
booking agent who has been hired to find the right talent for the party -
or, you are an American Express Concierge,
or an employee or adult friend of the "Parent" who is simply
gathering booking information for the "Parent." You know that the
talent-fee budget is $50,000 or more. If you are not certain that the
approved budget exceeds this minimum, please check before proceeding.
|
 |
None of the above:
For example,
You do not know what the buyer is willing to spend, or
You know the budget is less than $50,000, or
You are the "GUEST OF HONOR" but you have not been authorized
by your
"BUYER/PARENT" to actively search for talent, or
Your event will take place outside of the U.S., or
You do not fit in any of the categories of "BUYER," "GUEST OF
HONOR," or "ADVISOR."
